Altarpiece’s Central Portion – Lettering, Part 2

This week the conservators are doing infill on the central section where the plaster is missing ("filling the losses") and then painting ("inpainting") over it. Some portions do not need infill so they are only painting. These pictures were taken June 8 on the first level of the scaffolding.
