We are a small Episcopal Church on the banks of the Rappahannock in Port Royal, Virginia. We acknowledge that we gather on the traditional land of the first people of Port Royal, the Nandtaughtacund, and we respect and honor with gratitude the land itself, the legacy of the ancestors, and the life of the Rappahannock Tribe. Our mission statement is to do God’s Will in all that we do.

Second Sunday in Advent, Dec 5, 2010

This was a busy but rewarding Sunday showing off the talents of many of the St. Peters Community- from Christian Education, 11AM ;Eucharist, Coffee Hour, St. Nicholas Celebration, Wine and Cheese Party and then finally Even Song at 7pm.

Catherine Hicks’ Ordination to the Priesthood, Dec 11, 2010

This was the culmination of a journey of 21+ years for Catherine. The service took place at St. Mary’s Episcopal in Goochland. Over 20 people made the trek from St. Peter’s. Liz Heimbach was a presenter and Terri Harrison carried the banner. Thanks!
